You have probably heard all about the scams of fake designer items, and this may make you skeptical about purchasing your clothes online. Well, if you know what to look for in order to avoid falling victim to this scam, then you should not worry about a thing.

If you are buying through an online auction, you can watch the seller’s ratings for any indication that the items are not genuine. Specifically check the last few weeks of feedback to see the customer satisfaction reports If you see that there may be a chance of the item sent different than detailed in the auction, move on to another auction listing provided by another seller. Remember that one bad apple should never deter you from purchasing your favorite brand of jeans at great savings online. And don’t think that purchasing in person will spare you from that scam, as you are as likely to be fooled into buying a knockoff as shopping online, except online you can at the very least trace the source you brought from.
